Yoga promotes health and wellbeing using a range of techniques that include movement and postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Originating in India it emphasises the Union of mind, body and spirit with the many styles practised making it accessible to all abilities and age groups.
Research on the benefits of yoga suggest it is a safe and effective way to increase strength, flexibility and balance as well as enhancing mood, aiding sleep and relieving tension.
1-1 yoga consultation £60 (up to 1 hour)
This will take up to one hour as we need time to talk about your goals and expectations along with a case history to screen for anything that may affect your yoga practice. From this a tailored yoga plan will be developed.
1-1 yoga training or refresher £50 (up to 1 hour) or block of six for £250
After your initial yoga consultation you can book for a 1-1 private training or refresher session to implement your tailored yoga plan, or check you are on track if you have been practising at home. This will be up to one hour in length with your instructor guiding you through your yoga practice adjusting and checking technique.
